Our coffee is slow brewed in cold water for a few hours until we extract all of the amazing flavors from the beans. Cold brewing captures many flavor components that hot brewing doesnt catch lucky you! The process is quite unique, and gives us a superb coffee product that has a less acidic taste than hot coffee because heat releases oils that give coffee its high acid profile. Topline: cold brew = smoother, less acidic taste.
