Microwave: Shake well before opening & microwaving. Remove plastic top (set aside). Pull tab on inner lid, remove and discard. Remaining metal ring is safe to heat in microwave. Microwave uncovered on High for 60 seconds. (For convenience store microwave [1700 watt microwave uncovered for 45 seconds). Let stand in microwave for 30 seconds, replace red plastic cap and enjoy! If not warm enough, remove red plastic top and microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Caution: Contents will be hot after microwaving. Metal edges are sharp.
