For great coffee, grind just enough for each brewing, and use clean, cold water. Style: auto-dip, grind: medium; style: French press, grind: coarse; style: espresso, grind: fine. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping Tbsp. per 6 oz. of water and adjust to your personal taste. Store in an airtight container, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
