For great coffee grind just enough for each brewing, and use clean, cold water. Style: auto-dip, grind – medium; style: french press, grind – coarse; style: espresso, grind – fine. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tbsp. Per 6 oz. Of water and adjust to your personal taste. Store in an airtight container, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
