The unopened package requires no refrigeration or freezing. Once opened, simply reseal with the tin tie and store package in a cool, dry place. Brewing Instructions: Use one rounded tablespoon (or one coffee measure) of Harmony Bay Gourmet Coffee per 6 ounces of water. Adjust to suit individual taste.
